Mystery Book Discussion Group
Join the MacKay Mystery book group as we investigate a new novel each month, evaluating style, characters, and setting. This month we’re reading We Begin at the End, by Chris Whitaker, set in a coastal town in California, a thirteen year old girl takes vengeance into her own hands against an ex-con who devastated her mother's family thirty years prior. Pick up a copy of the book at the Main library or request to have one brought out to you at curbside.
This group has met at the MacKay branch library, in the Anna MacKay room for many years. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the group is meeting on Zoom with an in-person option at the Main library in the McCarthy meeting room.
