Considering a Heat Pump for your home?

Our speaker, Bob Zogg, is a founding member of the HeatSmart Alliance, a volunteer organization that promotes adoption of clean energy systems in Massachusetts homes and buildings.  Heat pumps, heat-pump water heaters, and building weatherization are vital components of Massachusetts’ overall strategy to reduce greenhouse gas emission to net zero by 2050.  HeatSmart Alliance educates and coaches residential and commercial building owners, and interacts with local installers, clean energy organizations and equipment suppliers and representatives.

Bob served for almost 30 years in energy-related consulting, leading numerous evaluations of residential and commercial building energy use, and retiring in 2016.  He has a BS and MS in mechanical engineering.  He currently serves on the Environmental Sustainability Committee in the Town of Carlisle.

This presentation is sponsored by Chelmsford Climate Action Team which educates our community about climate change and promotes climate legislation and activities.
