This January, join Chef Kelcy Scolnick as she welcomes you into her kitchen to help you bring in fresh foods in the New Year! Featuring delicious, versatile, seasonal meals, this class is sure to help you jumbo start some of those New Year's resolutions! On the menu is a simple but YUMMY mushroom and lentil stew brightened up with an all seasons arugula pesto and served alongside millet; a grain rich in protein and vitamins. To finish the class, Chef Kelcy will demo her Mulled Wine Poached Pears, perfect for a winter's night dessert or served up with yogurt in the morning. 

About Chef Kelcy

Chef Kelcy is a Lowell-based Chef and Educator with a focus on eating with the seasons and supporting her local community through private

cooking classes and dinner parties. She is also the Farm Chef at Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester, MA where she runs a variety of educational programming for people of all ages and creates delicious farm-to-table food experiences.
