Join Lina Shastri, meditation and mindfulness practitioner and instructor, in a calming and soothing session that will help you to feel more centered in the New Year. Please register in advance to receive the link to attend.

This session is virtual and will last 1 hour. Please be sure to locate yourself in a comfortable space. There is some voluntary interaction in these sessions, so, if possible, please leave your camera and microphones on for the beginning, however this is not a requirement to attend the class.
