Hybrid Bibliobites Book Group
Bibliobites is a book group with a culinary focus. We read a combination of cookbooks, culinary memoirs, and Foodie fiction. We often pick a theme for a meeting and encourage members to try recipes related to the theme. We do not discourage members from bringing those recipes in for us to try! This month: summer's here, so we're officially in salad season! After a long winter of warming soups and stews, let's cool off a bit with some crunchy, refreshing, bright-flavored salads. Choose either Food52 Mighty Salads or The Complete Salad Cookbook from America's Test Kitchen. Copies are available at the main circulation desk or via curbside pickup.
