POSTPONED - Virtual Chelmsford Genealogy Club: Irish History Part 2 on Zoom by Tom Toohey

POSTPONED - we will provide an update as soon as the talk can be rescheduled.

Tom Toohey, a long term member of the Chelmsford Genealogy Club (CGC), will cover the time from the end of Gaelic Ireland with the Flight of the Earls in 1607 until the Great Famine in the 1840's. Some of the major events during this time period includes The Rebellion of 1841, Cromwell's Invasion, The Battle of the Boyne and the penal laws, the rebellion of 1798 and Catholic Emancipation and Daniel O'Connell's death.
