Climate Conversations: Electric Vehicles with Rishi Sondhi

Rishi Sondhi will talk about Electric Vehicle technology: batteries, charging infrastructure and more. He'll cover other Clean Transportation options as well, besides passenger vehicles. Recently there has been a lot of talk about electrifying fleets which includes medium and heavy duty vehicles. Learn what is happening in other parts of the world with this exciting new technology. What we used to think of as future technology is here now!
Rishi, a Chelmsford resident, received an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. His professional background includes strategy, product development, marketing and engineering. He focuses on addressing climate change by scaling electric transportation programs and collaborating with industry partners. He is also a frequent publisher and presenter at leading industry conferences. His specialties include Electric Transportation, Energy Efficiency, Product Development & Management, Corporate Strategy, Technology Assessment, Market Analysis, Research, and Engineering. Over 8 years ago, Rishi developed the Chelmsford Library's popular "Financial Fitness" series of lectures on personal finance.
Climate Conversations is an informal group sponsored by CCAT and the Chelmsford Public Library. We meet on the second Thursday of each month using Zoom to share our concerns about Climate Change. Public invited. Meetings most often include guest speakers. We share a commitment to climate legislation, advocacy and education in our community to prevent the harmful effects of climate change and protect our planet.
