Reel Night Out at Mackay - Hoppers
Join us on the lawn at the MacKay Branch library for an outdoor showing of the family-friendly movie "Hoppers." In Disney and Pixar's animated film Hoppers, college student Mabel Tanaka transfers her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver to communicate with animals. When a corrupt local mayor plans to destroy her favorite woodland glade for a highway, Mabel rallies the animal kingdom and sparks a hilarious uprising to save their habitat.
Bring a snack, outdoor chairs, and/or a blanket to sit on. We recommend that you dress in layers so you are warm if it's cooler out, and can adjust if the temp stays up. MPAA Rating: PG.
