CHOPPED: Chef Challenge: Grades 5-8: Registration Required

About the Young Chefs Project

The Young Chefs Project is dedicated to transforming the way children experience food. Our mission is to empower kids with the confidence, creativity, and curiosity to cook, taste, and explore. Through hands-on cooking and edible science programs, we help children build lifelong kitchen skills while fostering a positive and adventurous relationship with food.

The Young Chefs Project will be here to offer a customized Chopped-style cooking challenge. Participants will work in teams to create dishes using a selection of surprise ingredients while building kitchen skills, creativity, teamwork, and confidence. Inspired by the popular cooking challenge format, children work in small teams to create a dish using a surprise set of ingredients revealed at the start of class.
