Adventures in Seed Starting
There’s nothing like the taste of homegrown vegetables, herbs, and fruits! Attendees new to gardening or vegetable growing veterans alike will enjoy this interactive session of gardening tips and tricks. Learn details on seed germination, potting up, indoor growing vs. direct seeding, lighting, fertilization and transplanting.
This event will take place in person at the MacKay Branch Library, 43 Newfield Street, North Chelmsford, MA. Registration is required.
Judith Taylor has been gardening in Massachusetts for over 25 years. She has completed the Green School and Pollinator Stewardship certifications from UMass and attended the
Seed Savers Exchange Seed School. She has hands on experience with growing all sorts of perennials, fruits, and vegetables as well as landscape design. Her passion is to share her knowledge with new gardeners as well as exchanging tips and tricks with those more experienced.
