High-Demand, Limited-Spot Program Policy 

To ensure fair access to our high-demand programs, the following policy is in effect as of November 1, 2025: 

• Upon registration, all registrants will be considered "pending" and placed on the waitlist. Residents of Chelmsford will receive priority for the first week of registration. 

• After that period, other residents and non-residents will be admitted or added to a waitlist in the order in which they register. 

• Registration & Attendance: Advance registration is required, and space is limited. If you are unable to attend a program for which you have registered, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to participate. 

• No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to cancel and do not attend a limited-space event more than once will be temporarily suspended from registering for future programs.

Amigurumi Pumpkin Workshop

Celebrate Thanksgiving with creativity at our Amigurumi Pumpkin crochet workshop! This workshop is perfect for those who already know basic crochet stitches and can follow a simple pattern. All materials—including the pumpkin pattern, yarn, and crochet hooks—are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorites. Led by the owner of Off the Hook Crochet, who brings over 30 years of crochet experience, you’ll enjoy crafting in a warm, supportive atmosphere. Join us for a fun, hands-on project and create a festive pumpkin to welcome the season!
