Bibliobites Book Group
Bibliobites is a book group with a culinary focus. We read a combination of cookbooks, culinary memoirs, and food-centric fiction. We often pick a theme for a meeting and encourage members to try recipes related to the theme. We do not discourage members from bringing in those recipes for taste-testing! This month: September marks the start of another Bibliobites "year." We'll start off the season with Ina Garten protege Lidey Heuck's Cooking in Real Life. This title is designed to cover that middle ground we all love, with recipes that showcase everyday ingredients in inventive ways, and don't require us to spend hours in the kitchen. As the subtitle says: delicious and doable! Copies are available at the main circulation desk or via curbside pickup.
