Teen Community Clean-Up!
The Teen Librarians of Chelmsford are inviting teen volunteers to join in on the DPW's community clean up. Volunteers will begin at the Library, and pick up litter in the surrounding area. We ask that participating teens be preexisting volunteers at the CPL.
