Program: Vegan desserts contain much less cholesterol and can be just as moist as the desserts you grew up eating. I'll teach you a few easy swaps and techniques so you can create your own confections at home! Learn how to make an easy dairy-free buttercream frosting, and discover the best healthy baking substitutes to replace eggs or dairy. With these substitutions and tips, you can learn to create high moisture and great taste in your cakes, cookie, and more.

 

About the Speaker: Meera Kanabar is a baking aficionado and writer. She has a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University, where she became interested in helping people live their healthiest lives. She has lived a fully plant-based lifestyle for more than twenty years and loves to share ways to make vegan baked goods.
