Chris Wilkinson is a husband, father, nerd, entrepreneur, adjunct professor, and technical course developer.

Chris has been teaching at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since 2011. His background and research interests are in the economics of blockchain and cryptocurrency, power dynamics of the Internet and social media, and public policy as it relates to food and food policy. When he’s not teaching at UMass Lowell, Chris is a technical course and content developer at Juniper Networks, where he specializes in curriculum development and training of AI platform software. His company, techfourfive LLC builds custom application computers for computational and data analysis, cryptocurrency mining and graphics modeling. In his spare time, you’ll find him with his two children, off on an adventure. He’s also recently into archery and that’s a lot of fun.

The things we eat today are not the things we ate yesterday. Join Chris Wilkinson as we explore the firestorm surrounding food and agriculture policy in the United States. Chris explores the dark corporate trail of money and public policy to the Frankenstein food the United States consumes.
