The Chelmsford Schools and the Chelmsford Health Department are partnering on a free series to provide support and information on coping with the stress of caring for children with mental health disorders and disabilities.

This will provide a safe space for parents and caregivers to give and receive peer-to-peer advice and seek guidance from a licensed professional.

This group ensures that parents and caregivers can share thoughts feelings and experiences without fear of judgement or breach of privacy.

Features include:

• Stress management and reduction
• Boundaries
• De-esxalation techniques
• Self-care
• Mental Health resources

Children are welcome and will be provided educational tools in a separate area from parents and caregivers.
